    Lac Fortune Mystery Birds

These photos were taken offhand, in poor light. I'm not certain as to what they are, and would like an opinion, if convenient.

These 2 are possibly Northern Parula.

These four may be like Mark's mystery bird. The four are not necessarily of the same bird. Judging by pictures in my book, the yellow on the rump should say Magnolia, Yellow-rumped or Cape May, if that yellow is really on the rump, and not on a wing feather. There seems to be a white eye ring as well...

Second picture - Male Blackburnian Warbler, perhaps fits better?

hi Serge , just popped in for a minute as company getting ready to leave and I want to spend  their last couple hours with them.. the last 4 pictures are of a 'flegling' see the wings? If in the vicinity of the other adults...maybe their offspring.?

Will stop in to the site later ... good job again!!!!!!

First thing I need to do is spell check before I send an e-mail.

In the other photos...I am leaning towards a backburnian warbler myself..although I have only seen them in a book...I still think the 4 other pictures are of a very young bird....yellow rump stumps me though...yellow rumped warbler young???

That is most likely the case. One description I have of young Yellow-rumped claims broken eye-ring, indistinct to absent yellow patch on side of breast. Thanks Gert, I can live with that.
